September 30 MaintenanceBeen in mantenance mode. and havent done perfect at it. So we are back on the road to a smaller me. I will get to the 130 goal by Janurary. I am sure that I will. So back into the gym. Riding my bike during Biggest looser swimming int he morning.a nd I am looking into taking on a few more things. Like skiing this year. I was to try out the cross country skiing. it looks like it should be fun......;) nothing like working out int he snow. So keep it tuned here as the year moves on. we shall see what we can see together. ;) May 26 I am thinkingAbout taking on another Tri this year. still waiting for a reply from the Tri officials. untill than it is still a thought. Look here for more information. and the next two weeks will be busy getting ready to go on a trip and than on the trip. so look for more from me around June 6th or 7th. Hopefully I will have pictures to share as well.
